| 摘 要： | 目的观察氨茶碱、纳洛酮联合治疗极低出生体重儿(VLBWI)呼吸暂停的临床效果。方法对2000年1月～2008年7月的156例极低出生体重儿随机分为两组,治疗组88例在应用氨茶城的基础上加用纳洛酮,对照组68例单用氨茶城。结果治疗组显效率69.32%,总有效率88.64%,对照组显效率48.53%,总有效率70.59%;P0.01,差异均具有统计学意义。结论氨茶城和纳洛酮联合治疗极低出生体重儿呼吸哲停比单用氮茶碱效果好,值得临床推广。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical effective that aminophylline plus naloxone was used in apnea of VLBWI.
