炮制条件对附子总生物碱及酯型生物碱含量影响的动态研究

摘    要:
目的探索不同炮制条件对附子总生物碱及酯型生物碱含量的影响。方法采用蒸法和煮法,结合蒸煮时间,以分光光度法测定不同奈件炮制品的附子总生物碱及酯型生物碱含量。结论蒸制10h附子中总生物碱含量较高,酯型生物碱含量较低,故认为此工艺为优选工艺。

Abstract:
Objective To study effect of different preparation conditions on Fuzi Total Alkaloid and Ester - type Alka- loid Contents. Methods Steaming and boiling methods were used. Fuzi Total Alkaloid and Ester - type Alkaloid Contents made under different preparation conditions were measured by speetrophotometric analysis. Results The high content of total alkaloid and low ester - type alkaloid was obtained after steaming 10h. Conclusion Steaming 10h is the optimal process.
