杀虫剂复配对淡色库蚊毒力的测定

摘    要:目的了解杀虫剂复配对不同抗性品系淡色库蚊的杀灭效果。方法采用WHO生物测试法,测定了五种杀虫剂两两复配对三种抗性品系蚊虫的增效效果。结果残杀威十三氯杀虫酯、残杀威十氯氰菊酯、DDVP十三氯杀虫酯三种复配形式对抗残杀威品系蚊虫增效效果较明显。DDVP十三氯杀虫酯、DDVP十氯氰菊酷、残杀威十三氯杀虫酯、残杀威十氯氰菊酯四种复配形式对抗DDVP品系蚊虫增效效果较明显。氯氰菊酯十残杀威、氯氰菊酯十DDVP、DDVP十三氯杀虫酯、残杀威十三氯杀虫酯四种复配形式对抗氯氰菊酯品系蚊虫增效效果较明显。结论当淡色库蚊产生抗药性后,应用有机磷类或氨基甲酸酯类杀虫剂与拟除虫菊酯类或有机氟类杀虫荆混用,能取得较好的杀虫效果。

Abstract:Objective To understand the effect of insecticide mixture in killing Culex pipiens pallens of different drug - resistant strains. Methods The standard bioassay recommended by WHO was employed and the effect of insecticide combinations on three resistant strains were determined. Results The combinations of propoxur plus acetophenate, propoxur plus cpermethrin, DDVP plus acetophenate showed relatively synergistic effect on the mosquito strains resistant to propoxur. The combinations of DDVP plus aeetophenate, DDVP plus cpermethrin, propoxur plus acetophenate and propoxur plus cpermethfin showed relatively synergistic effect on the strains resistant to DDVP. Cpermethrin plus propoxur, cpermethrin plus DDVP, DDVP plus acetophenate and propoxur plus acetophenate showed relatively synergistic effect on strains resistant to cpermethrin. Conclusion Good mosquito - killing effect can be obtained by combined use of organophoshorous insecticides or carbamate when Culex pipiens pallens is resistant to insecticides.
