| 摘 要： | 白芍总甙(TGPs 5～40mg/kg)呈剂量依赖性抑制小鼠扭体、嘶叫、热板反应,并在50～125mg/kg时抑制大鼠热板反应,作用高峰在0.5～1h,还分别加强吗啡、可乐定抑制小鼠扭体作用,但纳洛酮(2mg/kg)不影响TGPs的镇痛作用,TGPs(0.25～0.5μg/ml)亦不影响低频场刺激的豚鼠回肠纵肌收缩。提示TGPs有镇痛作用,但可能不是由于兴奋阿片受体所致。

| Abstract: | Radix of Paeonia lactiflora, a, traditional Chinese herb, has been much suggested to possess analgesic effect. In this study, the total glucosides of Paeonia lactiflora (TGPs) was utilized to investigate the postulated effect. TGPs suppressed writhing, squeak and hot plate reaction of mouse in a dose-related manner (5-40 mg/kg) and hot plate reaction of rat at doses (50-125 mg/kg). The peak time was 0.5-1h after drug admi-nistratlon. However, naloxone (2 mg/kg) didn't antagonize TGPs' analgesic effect and TGPs (0.2-50.5μg/ml) didn't inhibit the contractive response of guinea pig ileum by field stimulation. Results suggest that TGPs possesses analgesic effect, but it is not due to stimulate opiate receptor. |
