学龄前单纯性肥胖儿童饮食及生活习惯的调查

目的调查学龄前单纯性肥胖儿童的饮食和生活习惯，研究其肥胖的原因，为干预措施的制定提供依据。方法选取延安市3所幼儿园的学龄前肥胖儿童（肥胖组）和体重正常儿童（对照组）各62名，采用问卷调查的方式取得相关资料。结果肥胖组儿童家族中患肥胖症、高血压、高血脂和糖尿病者多，与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；肥胖组儿童摄入主食量大，爱食肉类、奶制品、甜食、油炸类食品，爱吃零食、运动少，与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论学龄前儿童单纯性肥胖除与遗传因素有关外，不良的生活方式及饮食习惯是主要影响因素。

Investigation on dietary and living habits of preschool children with simple obesity

[ Objective ] To study the dietary and living habits of preschool children with simple obesity, analyze the causes of obesi- ty, and provide scientific basis for developing the intervention measures. [ Methods] 62 preschool children with simple obesity and 62 preschool children with normal weight were collected from 3 kindergartens in Yanhn City, and the related data were obtained by questionnaire survey. [ Results] The percentage of family members with obesity, hypertension, hyperlipemia and diabetes in the o- besity group was higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. The preschool children in the obesity group consumed more sta- ple foods, meat, milk products sweet foods,fried foods and snacks, and spent less time in outside exercise as compared with the control group, while the differences were significant （P 〈 0.01）. [ Conclusion] Except genetic factors, the simple obesity in pre- school children is closely correlated to unhealthy dietary habits and lifestyle.
