封闭式负压引流治疗下肢大面积软组织缺损的临床观察

目的对采用封闭式负压引流技术对下肢大面积软组织缺损的患者进行治疗的临床效果进行研究分析。方法抽取70例患有下肢大面积软组织缺损患者病例,将其分为A、B两组,平均每组35例。分别采用单纯皮瓣修复术和在此基础上采用封闭式负压引流技术进行治疗。结果 B组患者的平均住院治疗时间明显短于A组患者;该组患者肉芽组织覆盖创面的时间明显短于A患者。结论采用封闭式负压引流技术对下肢大面积软组织缺损的患者进行治疗的临床效果非常理想。

The Clinical Observation of Closed Negative Pressure Drainage in the Treatment of Lower Limb Large Area Soft Tissue Defects

Objective To the closed negative pressure drainage technique on lower limb large area of soft tissue defects in patients with clinical therapeutic effect analysis.Methods Selected 70 cases with severe soft tissue defect of lower limbs in patients with a case,which can be divided into A,B two group,average each of 35 cases.Result Treated by simple flap repair and on the basis of closed negative pressure drainage technology for treatment of.Results the patients in the B group the average hospitalization time was shorter than in the A group;the group of patients with granulation tissue covering the wound was shorter in patients with A.Conclusion The closed negative pressure drainage technique on lower limb large area soft tissue defects of the patients undergoing treatment clinical effect is very ideal.
