慢性心力衰竭患者的护理体会

慢性心力衰竭主要由高血压心脏病、冠心病等疾患造成心脏结构和功能损害而导致的一种复杂的临床综合征,目前其患病率和死亡率均较高。本文总结了慢性心力衰竭患者的护理体会,认为监测患者症状、体征的变化情况,恰当的心理辅导和健康教育,给予清淡、易消化饮食,合理的休息方式和充分的休息时间能够辅助药物治疗效果,提高患者的运动耐量及生活质量,降低再住院率,另外应严密观察患者在用药过程中及用药后的不良反应。

Nursing experience of chronic heart failure

Chronic heart failure is mainly a complex clinical syndrome caused by heart structure and function damages due to hy-pertensive heart disease, coronary heart disease and the like. It is characterized by high prevalence and high mortality. This paper summarized the nursing experience of chronic heart failure, and thought that monitoring changes in patient signs and symptoms, giving psychological counseling and appropriate health education, giving light and digestible diet as well as a reasonable way to rest and time to medication, so as to improve the tolerance and quality of life of the patients, decrease rehospitalization rate. Moreover, it should also closely observe the adverse reaction phenomenon during and after the treatment.
