本科护生实习初期专业能力及其影响因素调查分析

目的:了解实习早期本科护生的专业能力现状及其影响因素。方法:采用问卷调查法,调查了在6所医院实习的194位本科护生。结果:本科护生实习初期专业能力在"部分做到"和"完全做到"之间;专业态度、是否在学校所在地实习及本科学制对其专业能力有影响。结论:本科护生实习初期专业能力处于中等水平,应该针对不同特征的本科护生进行有针对性的教学,以使其能够更好地适应临床实习过程。

Professional competence and influencing factors among undergraduate nursing students at the beginning of clinical practice

Objective： To investigate the professional competence and influencing factors of the undergraduate nursing students at the beginning of clinical practice. Methods： Questionnaires were used to collect data and totally 194 undergraduate nursing students from 6 hospitals of 3 cities in China participated this survey. Results： The level of the participants＇ professional competence was between ＂prrtial fulfilled＂ and ＂mostly fulfilled＂ Professional attitude, whether practice hospital in the nursing college city and different academic structures were the main influencing factors to professional competence. Conclusion： Professional competence of undergraduate nursing students at the beginning of clinical practice was in middle level. Clinical nurse teachers should give different instruction to different characteristics undergraduate nursing students and help them adjust to clinical practice as soon as possible.
