| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨中医疗法治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法选取2013年1月至2013年7月之间治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎病人100例，随机分为对照组和观察组各50例，对照组给予西医方法进行常规治疗，观察组则给予中医益气养阴汤治疗，观察与分析两组病人的临床表现。结果观察组治疗效果明显好于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（ P ＜0．05）。结论中医疗法对慢性萎缩性胃炎的治疗有非常好的效果，值得临床大力推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of TCM therapy in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis .Methods Wetween 2013 January to 2013 July were selected for the treatment of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis 100 cases ,were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 50 cases in each group ,the control group treated with western routine treatment method ,the obser-vation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine Yiqiyangyin decoction treatment ,observation and analysis of clinical features of two groups of patients .Results The therapeutic effect of observation group is better than control group ,with significant difference （ P 〈0 .05） .Conclusion There is a very good effect of the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine therapy on chronic atrophic gastritis ,it is worth clinical popularizing and applying . |
