超声引导穿刺注射无水乙醇治疗妇科囊性包块扭转

目的：探讨超声引导下注射无水乙醇治疗妇科囊性包块扭转的临床价值。方法由超声引导对26例扭转的妇科囊性包块实施无水乙醇注射硬化治疗。结果治疗后26例妇科囊性包块扭转患者全部治愈，治愈率为100％，术后均无并发症发生。结论超声引导下注射无水乙醇硬化术对妇科囊性包块扭转的治疗效果显著，可避免因妇科囊性包块扭转而行不必要的卵巢切除，特别对妊娠合并妇科囊性包块扭转患者的治疗尤具有临床价值。

ULTRASONOGRAPHY GUIDED PERCUTANEOUS ETHANOL INJECTION FOR THE TREATMENT OF GYNECOLOGICAL CYSTIC MASS TORSION

Objective To investigate the ultrasound guided ethanol injection for the treatment of gyneco-logical cystic mass torsion clinical value .Methods 26 cases of torsion by ultrasound guided in gynecologic cystic mass implementation of ethanol injection sclerotherapy .Results After the treatment of 26 cases of gynecological cystic mass torsion were cured ,the cure rate was 100% ,there were no postoperative compli-cations .Conclusion Ultrasound guided ethanol injection sclerotherapy for the treatment effect significantly gynecologic cystic mass torsion ,can avoid because of gynecological cystic mass torsion it unnecessary ovar-iectomy ,especially for combined with gynecologic cystic mass torsion were especially has the clinical value of treatment of pregnancy .
