北京地区褐家鼠引诱性成分筛选研究

目的在以面粉和玉米渣为基饵的基础上,筛选出能够增强基饵适口性和引诱性的物质。方法试验以面粉和玉米渣为基饵,分别添加15种具有引诱性和增加适口性的物质,将其制作成蜡块,然后在1.5 m×0.7 m×0.7 m大小的鼠笼中放置,记录褐家鼠对不同蜡块的喜好程度。结果经过初筛和复筛实验,筛选出褐家鼠比较偏爱有引诱剂A、引诱剂B、小米的基饵蜡块。结论由于小米的价格较高,限制了它的使用,但是在蜡块中添加自制的引诱剂A和引诱剂B将能够增加褐家鼠的取食机率。

Research on screening rodenticide baits for Rattus norvegicus in Beijing urban district

Objective To screen out something which can enhance the base bait palatability and attractive ability on the basis of base bait made from flour and hominychop.Methods On the basis of base bait made from flour and hominychop,then adding respectively fifteen goods in the base bait and making wax block,then putting the wax into the mouse cage the size 1.5 m×0.7 m×0.7 m,recording Rattus norvegicus＇s likeability for the wax block.Results Via the first and the second selection,Rattus norvegicus liked the wax block better which was added respectively attractant A,attractant B and millet.Conclusion The price of millet is high,so it is used with restriction,but adding attractant A,attractant B can increase the eating probability of Rattus norvegicus.
