摘    要:目的了解淮安市城区蟑螂种群、密度、分布、季节消长变化及侵害状况,为合理灭蟑提供科学依据。方法采用粘捕法进行监测,晚放晨收,每月监测一次。结果布放粘蟑纸6 480张,回收张数6 245张,阳性张数163张,粘捕蟑螂数590只,密度0.10只/张,侵害率2.52%。德国小蠊为优势种群。结论淮安市城区蟑螂种群构成以德国小蠊为主,侵害率以农贸市场和宾馆较高,应进一步加强优势种群的监测与抗药性监测的调查研究,为制定科学合理的病媒生物防治工作提供依据。

Abstract:Objective To realize the species, density, distribution, seasonal fluctuation and infestation condition of cockroach in Huaian city, and provide scientific basis for cockroach control. Methods The stick-catch method was used to survey once a month, which placed the stick-cockroach paper at night and recovered it in the next morning. Results 6 480 stick-cockroach papers had been putted on and 6 245 had been recovered. 590 cockroaches had been caught on 163 stick-cockroach papers, and the population density was 0.10 cockroaches per paper and the infestation rate was 2.52%. Blattella germanica was the dominant species. Conclusion BlatteUa germanica is the primary cock- roach species of Huaian city and there is a higher infestation rate in markets and hotels. It is necessary to strengthen the investigation of dominant species and insecticide resistance surveillance, so that could provide evidence for develo- ping scientific and rational programs for vectors prevention and control.
