蟑螂密度监测及侵害状况的调查与分析

目的了解淮安市城区蟑螂种群、密度、分布、季节消长变化及侵害状况,为合理灭蟑提供科学依据。方法采用粘捕法进行监测,晚放晨收,每月监测一次。结果布放粘蟑纸6 480张,回收张数6 245张,阳性张数163张,粘捕蟑螂数590只,密度0.10只/张,侵害率2.52%。德国小蠊为优势种群。结论淮安市城区蟑螂种群构成以德国小蠊为主,侵害率以农贸市场和宾馆较高,应进一步加强优势种群的监测与抗药性监测的调查研究,为制定科学合理的病媒生物防治工作提供依据。

Investigation and analysis of cockroach density surveillance and infestation condition

Objective To realize the species, density, distribution, seasonal fluctuation and infestation condition of cockroach in Huaian city, and provide scientific basis for cockroach control. Methods The stick-catch method was used to survey once a month, which placed the stick-cockroach paper at night and recovered it in the next morning. Results 6 480 stick-cockroach papers had been putted on and 6 245 had been recovered. 590 cockroaches had been caught on 163 stick-cockroach papers, and the population density was 0.10 cockroaches per paper and the infestation rate was 2.52%. Blattella germanica was the dominant species. Conclusion BlatteUa germanica is the primary cock- roach species of Huaian city and there is a higher infestation rate in markets and hotels. It is necessary to strengthen the investigation of dominant species and insecticide resistance surveillance, so that could provide evidence for develo- ping scientific and rational programs for vectors prevention and control.
