黑箱法和人工小时法监测蚊虫的效果比较

摘    要:目的比较黑箱法与人工小时法监测蚊虫密度的差异。方法黑箱法和人工小时法。结果监测结果显示,2种监测方法捕获蚊种和构成不同,具有统计学意义;黑箱法监测以淡色库蚊为主,除三带喙库蚊和白纹伊蚊外,监测到少量中华按蚊和骚扰阿蚊;人工小时法监测蚊种以淡色库蚊为主;2种监测方法捕获蚊虫雌雄比差异较大,黑箱法接近1∶1,人工小时法捕获蚊虫均为雌虫。2种监测方法监测的蚊虫季节消长趋势基本一致。结论黑箱法操作简单、安全,更适于在虫媒病高发地区用于蚊虫密度监测、样本采集。

Abstract:Objective To study the difference between the black box method and labor hour method in mosquito surveillance.Methods Black box method and labor hour method were used in this method.Results The results showed that the species and constitution ratio of mosquitoes were different significantly.For black box method,Culex pipiens pallens was the dominant species,followed by Cx.tritaeniorhynchus,Ae.albopictus,An.sinensis and Ar.subalbatus.For labor hour method,the dominant species was Cx.pipiens pallens.The proportion of female and male mosquitoes caught by black box method was 1∶1.Only female mosquitoes was captured by labor hour method.There was the same seasonal fluctuation.Conclusion Because of its advantages such as easy operation and safe,the black box method could be used to monitor the population of mosquito,especially it was the preferred method in the epidemic area of mosquito-borne disease.
