鱼油多不饱和脂肪酸对人血小板、红细胞必需脂肪酸组成以及过氧化-抗氧化能力的影响

摘    要:
随着年龄增加,人血小板、红细胞膜脂质中 EPA、DHA 减少,而 AA 增加,同时 MDA 的生成增多,SOD 的活性降低。红细胞与 LDL 温育可增强此过程,但与 EPA 温育则可抑制 LDL 的作用。老年志愿者服用鱼油多不饱和脂肪酸4周,6g/d,见红细胞膜中 EPA、DHA 增加、AA 降低、MDA 的生成减少,SOD活性增加。提示血液份必需脂肪酸的组成对过氧化-抗氧化的平衡有重要影响,鱼油是潜在的抗衰老药物。

Abstract:
In healthy volunteers,the composition of fatty acids in plate-lets and erythrocytes were determined.AA and MDA increased(P<0.05),EPA,DHA and the activity of SOD were reduced with age.Incubation with LDLcould promote,and incubation with EPA inhibit,the process.Administration offish oil fatty acids to old volunteers caused increase in EPA,DHA and activityof SOD,and decrease in AA and MDA.Fish oil is a potential antisenilityagent.
