| 摘 要： | 目的：分析移植肾急性排异反应不同时期的血流动力学特征。方法对３１例肾移植术后发生急性排异反应病人不同时期多普勒超声检查资料作回顾分析。结果在血肌或高前２４ｈ内，多普勒参数阻力指数（ＲＩ）和搏动指数（ＰＩ）增高的为１９例，急性排异反应中，多普勒参数ＲＩ和ＲＩ与血肌酐有一定的相关性；在急性排异反应治愈过程中，多普勒参数ＲＩ和ＰＩ的恢复与血肌酐的恢复并不同步。结论彩色多普勒观察移植肾有一定的临床意义，但 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the hemodynamic characteristics during different periods of acute renal transplant rejection. Methods Doppler ultrasound findings of 31 patients with acute rejection after kindney transplantation were retrospectively analyzed. Results In 24h before serum creatinine rised, pulsatity index (PI) and resistive index (RI) increased in 19 cases. PI and RI were certain to a extent were correlated with serum creatinine in crease during acute rejection. Analysis of 31 rejection episodes showed no concurrent Doppler and serum creatinine comebakes. Conclusion Doppler ultrasound examination at the optimun time is an effective method to detect acute renal transplant rejection. |
