农民工自尊与主观幸福感的相关研究

目的 探讨农民工自尊与主观幸福感的相关性.方法 采用Rosenberg的自尊量表SES、主观幸福感问卷对烟台地区进城农民工进行抽样调查,并作相关分析.结果 农民工自尊与主观幸福感得分分别为(26.49±3.06)、(45.88±10.71);农民工的自尊与主观幸福感总分以及与生活满意度、情感体验、安全、自我实现4项因子存在显著正相关(r=0.2,0.2,0.2,0.2,0.2;P＜0.05);年龄与工种因素对个体的自尊及主观幸福感水平无显著影响.结论 农民工的自尊及主观幸福感存在正向联系.不同年龄、工种的农民工个体的自尊和主观幸福感水平基本一致.

Relationship between Self-esteem and Subjective Well-being of Peasant Workers

Objective To explore the relationship between SWB and self-esteem of peasant workers.Methods The peasant workers from Yantai were surveyed by SWBQ and SES.Results The scores of self-esteem and SWB of peasant workers were（26.49±3.06,45.88±10.71） respectively;There were positive correlations between total scores of SES and SWB,positive correlation between total scores of SES and four factors of SWB：the satisfaction of life,affect experiencing,safety,self-actualization（r=0.2,0.2,0.2,0.2,0.2;P0.05）;the kinds of workers and age didn＇t significantly affect on individual＇s level of SWB and self-esteem.Conclusion There is a positive correlation between SWB and self-esteem of peasant workers.The type and age of workers don＇t significantly affect on their level of self-esteem and SWB.
