节育器Norplant－2和LNG－IUD临床使用的比较研究

随机放置女性节育器Ｎｏｒｐｌａｎｔ－２或释放孕激素的宫内节育器ＬＮＧ－ＩＵＤ各１００例观察３年，仅一例使用ＬＮ０－ＩＵＤ者妊娠。ＬＮＧ－ＩＵＤ累积脱落率为４．０／每百妇女。Ｎｏｒｐｌａｎｔ－２与ＬＮＧ－ＩＵＤ不规则出血停用率分别为２６．８／每百妇女年和３．３／每百妇女（Ｐ＜０．００１）。续用率分别为６９／每百妇女和７５／每百妇女。放置后第三年Ｎｏｒｐｌａｎｔ－２组平均体重较放置前增加１．４ｋｇ（Ｐ＜０．００１）。副作用以不规则出血为主，ＬＮＧ－ＩＵＤ组以闭经为主，但副作用随使用时间的延长有所减轻。本文结果显示，我国妇女对ＬＮＧ－ＩＵＤ引起的闭经比Ｎｏｒｐｌａｎｔ－２引起的经期延长似更易接受，大多数妇女对所用节育器感到满意。

A Comparative Study between Levonorgestrel-Releasing Intrauterine Derice and Norplant-2 Implants

A randomed comparative study of Levonorgestrel-releasing Intrauterine Derice(LNG-IUD) and Norplant-2 implants was respectively carried out respectively in 100 women of 20-39 years of age for 36 months.Only one pregnancy occurred in users of LNG-IUD.Expulsion rate with LNG-IUD was 4.0 per 100 women.The discontinuation rate for irregular bleeding with Norplant-2 and LNG-IUD was 26.8% and 3.3%. Continuation rate in two groups was 69% and 75% respectively.The average body weight was increased 1.4kg in the Norplant-2 group.The major side-effect in the application of Norplant-2 was irregular bleeding,and of LNG-IUD was amenorrhea.But it had a trend toward improvement with continued use in both of the two groups.The results suggested that amenorrhea in the application of LNG-IUD is easier tolerated by the acceptors than prolongea bleeding and spotting resulted in Norplant-2.Most of subjects had the satisfaction with the method used by themselves.
