摘    要: 目的: 研究快速、经济、准确、易普及的测定肺动脉压力的实验方法。方法: 通过自制聚乙烯(polyethylene, PE)导管,连接PowerLab多通道生物信号记录系统,肝素化后经颈外静脉插管,经上腔静脉、右心室进入肺动脉,记录实时波形及压力。通过解剖明确出现不同波形时的导管位置及朝向,从而指导导管推送过程。结果: 通过自制PE导管。采用改良右心导管法对120只Sprague-Dawley(SD)大鼠进行肺动脉插管。采用该法从插管开始至到达肺动脉平均耗时2 min,成功率95%。结论: 使用自制的PE导管经改良右心导管法测定肺动脉压力具有成功率高、数据准确、操作省时、方法易掌握的优点,是一种较好的测定大鼠肺动脉压力的实验方法。

Abstract:AIM: To explore a fast, economical, accurate and widely used experimental method for the measurement of pulmonary artery pressure. METHODS: A home-made polyethylene (PE) catheter was connected with the PowerLab 8/35 multi-channel biological signal recording system, and then the pulmonary artery pressure was measured by right heart catheterization. The catheter, prefilled with heparin, was introduced through external jugular vein, precava, the right ventricle and the pulmonary artery. We recorded the real-time wave during the whole procedure. In this study, we anatomized the animals in every stage of the procedure to determine the position of the catheter and the direction of the end of the catheter. The procedure of the catheterization was guided by analyzing the real-time wave. RESULTS: Using this home-made PE tube and the meliorative technique, we performed the right heart catheterization in 120 Sprague-Dawley rats with the success rate of 95%. The procedure of right heart catheterization took us about 2 min from the external jugular vein to pulmonary artery in average. CONCLUSION: Measuring the pulmonary artery pressure through this meliorative technique with a home-made PE pipe in rats not only achieves a high success rate but also saves time. Moreover, this method can be popularized easily as a good and feasible way for measuring pulmonary artery pressure in rats.
