益生菌在小儿顽固性腹泻中的疗效分析

目的 探讨益生菌对小儿炎性反应调控及肠道屏障保护作用.方法 将124例顽固性腹泻患儿随机分为对照组62例以及观察组62例,对照组患儿口服蒙脱石散治疗,观察组患儿在对照组的基础上口服金双歧杆菌,用药7d后对比分析2组治疗情况.结果 观察组总有效率为95.16％,对照组总有效率为75.80％,2组总有效率差异有统计学意义（x2=3.992,P =0.002）.观察组治疗后第3天、第7天乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌、大肠埃希菌数量显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）.观察组治疗后血DAO、血D-乳酸、IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α水平显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 金双歧杆菌复方合剂能有效改善小儿肠道菌群平衡及肠道屏障功能,调节机体免疫水平,提高小儿顽固性腹泻的治疗效果.

The Efficacy analysis of probiotics in children with intractable diarrhea

Objective To Investigate the regulation and the protection of probiotics. Methods 124 cases of intractable diarrhea were randomly divided into control group （ n = 62） and observation group （ n = 62）. The control group were treated with antibiotic and observation group were treated with drug combinations. The comparative analysis of the two groups af- ter treatment were compared. Results The total effective rate of control group and observation group were 95.16% and 75.80% （ X2 = 3. 992,P = 0.002）. The Lactobacillus, Bifidobacterium, Escherichia of observation group were higher than those of control group. The levels of blood serum DAO, D-lactate, IL-1, IL-6,TNF-α of observation group were lower than the control group, while the levels of IL-2 was significantly lower than those of control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Jinshuangqi bacillus drug combinations can effectively improve the balance of intestinal flora in children and intestinal barrier function, regulate the immune level, and improve the treatment effect of children with intractable diarrhea.
