鼠神经生长因子联合电子温针治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效观察

摘    要:
目的观察鼠神经生长因子联合电子温针治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(Diabetic perineuropathy,DPN)的临床疗效。方法 50例DPN患者随机分为A、B 2组,A组为鼠源性神经生长因子+电子温针治疗组,B组为单纯甲钴胺治疗组,观察两组治疗前后的临床疗效、运动神经传导速度(MNCV)、感觉神经传导速度(SNCV)的改善情况、多伦多临床评分系统(Toronto clinical scoring system,TCSS)的评分情况及不良反应发生情况。结果 A组总有效率为88.00%,高于B组52.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P0.01);2组治疗前后MNCV、SNCV较治疗前均改善,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后A组改善情况优于B组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);2组治疗前后TCSS评分均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P0.01),治疗后A组改善情况优于B组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论鼠神经生长因子联合电子温针治疗DPN变疗效确切,是治疗DPN的一种较好的方法,值得在临床上推广应用。

Abstract:
Objective To observe the efficacy of the mouse nerve growth factor(mNGF) combining with electronic temperature needle in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN). Methods 50 patients with DPN were ran- domly divided into two groups( A and B group).A group received NGF+electronic temperature needle and B group received mecobalamin only.The clinical efficacy,the level of motor nerve conduction velocity(MNCV) and sensory nerve conduction velocity(SNCV) ,the TCSS were observed before and after treatment. Results The efficacy of A group was highter than that of B group(P〈0. 01). The levels of MNCV and SNCV of A and B group were improved significantly (P〈0. 05). The nerve conduction velocity of A group was higher than B group ( P〈0.05), the TCSS of A and B group was decreased after treatment (P〈0. 01) ,especially in A group (P〈0. 05). Conclusions Mouse nerve growth factor combining with elec- tronic temperature needle is safe and effective in the treatment of DPN.
