食管癌患者手术治疗前后血清NO/NOS、CEA和SIL-2R测定的临床意义

目的:探讨了食管癌患者手术治疗前后血清NO/NOS、CEA和SIL-2R水平的测定及临床意义.方法:分别应用放射免疫分析、化学法和酶联免疫分析测定了33例食管癌患者血清NO/NOS、CEA和SIL-2R含量,并与35名正常健康人作比较.结果:手术前食管癌患者血清NOS、CEA和SIL-2R水平非常显著地高于正常人组(P＜0.01),而NO水平则低于正常人组(P＜0.01),经治疗后3个月则与正常人组比较无显著性差异(P＞0.05).结论:检测食管癌患者血清NO/NOS、CEA和SIL-2R水平的变化对观察病情和预后判定具有重要的临床价值.

Clinical Significance of Determination of Post-Operative Changes of Serum NO/NOS, CEA and SIL-2R Levels in Patients with Esophageal Cancer

Objective To study the significance of post-operative changes of serum NO/NOS,CEA and SIL-2R levels in patients with esophageal cancer.Methods Serum CEA(with RIA),SIL-2R(with ELISA) and NO/NOS(with chemistry) levels were determined both before and after operation in 33 patients with esophageal cancer and 35 controls.Results Before operation,serum NOS,CEA and SIL-2R levels in the patients were significantly higher than those in controls(P<0.01),while serum NO levels was lower than those in controls(P<0.01).Three months after operation the differences were not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Changes of serum NO/NOS,CEA and SIL-2R contents after operation might be of prognostic importance in patients with esophageal cancer.
