| 摘 要： | 目的：评价AF系统治疗胸腰椎骨折及后路减压治疗脊髓损伤的临床体会及疗效。方法：本组40例，按骨折部位分T10-1221例，L2-419例。手术时机：伤后1～10d，平均3.5d。平均随访1年。结果：采用X线片测定椎体，术前椎体前缘平均压缩51％。术后平均8％，复位率达86％。结论：AF系统内固定及后路短节段椎板切除减压、直视下椎管前壁成形是治疗胸腰椎骨折并脊髓损伤的有效方法。
