| 摘 要： | 目的探讨CT检查对闭合性肠及肠系膜损伤的诊断价值。方法分析我院50例经手术证实的闭合性肠及肠系膜患者的CT征象。结果18例十二指肠损伤，14例空回肠及肠系膜损伤，10例结肠及系膜损伤，8例多部位损伤。结论CT扫描检查能获取早期诊断急性闭合性肠及肠系膜损伤的重要依据，具有一定的特征性。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the value of multi-slice spiral computed tomography （MSCT） in the diagnosis of bowel and mesenteric closed injury. Methods MSCT features of 50 patients with closed bowel and mesenteric injury confirmed by surgery, were retrospectively analyzed. Results Injury of 18 cases occurred in duodenum, 14 cases in jejunoileum and mesenterium, 10 cases in colon and mesenterium, 8 cases with combined injury. Conclusion MSCT scan can display important feature for the early diagnosis of acute closed injury of bowel and mesentery with some certain characteristic. |
