| 摘 要： | 用自行研制的CO_2激光器,对155只大白鼠的颈动静脉、髂动脉与尾动脉等直径0.5～2.0mm的小血管进行焊接吻合与手缝吻合的自身对比实验研究。从中探讨激光焊接最佳功率的选择,血管断端的对合,光照方式,吻合口降温,缺欠补焊,吻合口挛缩、膨出、动脉瘤形成及小静脉焊接等七方面有关问题,并结合体会加以论述。 |

| Abstract: | A comparative experimontal study was performed on arteries and veins of various sizesin 155 rats. The vessels were anastomosed by CO_2 laser or hand suture, respectively.We probed some technical problems through the animal experiments: How to select theoptimal laser power, the models of irradiation and reweld the disruption of vascular stomaafter anastomosis, how to make the ends of vessels closely together, and during laserwelding the vessels, whether the temperature should be reduced with drop of saline at thewelding stoma.The causes of aneurysm formation, dilatation and spasm of arterial stoma were discussedand some technical problems relating to laser welding of small veins were expl(?)ed. |
