细菌性阴道病的诊断与治疗

目的:了解广东韶关某医院妇科门诊病人细菌性阴道病(BV)的患病率,并探讨其治疗方法。方法:收集韶关某医院妇产科门诊病人共计1558例,细菌性阴道病诊断试剂盒分析患病率;BV患者随机分为试验组(300例)和对照组(250例),试验组给予奥硝唑治疗,对照组给予甲硝唑治疗,两周后追踪复查白带。结果:1558例妇科门诊病人中,BV的患病率为35.3%;实验组奥硝唑治愈率为92.7%,对照组甲硝唑治愈率为80.4%,两组比较有显著差异(P<0.05);实验组奥硝唑有效率为99.3%,对照组甲硝唑有效率为96.0%,两组比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:妇科门诊患者中BV患者较为常见,奥硝唑可有效治疗BV。

Diagnosis and Treatment of Bacterial Vaginosis Cases

Objective To find out the prevalence of bacterial vaginosis(BV) in gynecological outpatients of a hospital in Shaoguan city of Guangdong province and investigate the treatment method for BV.Methods BV in 1558 Gynecological outpatients of a hospital in Shaoguan city were determined by bacterial vaginosis detection kits;BV cases were divided into experimental group(300 cases) and control group(250 cases) randomly;experimental group were treated with ornidazole and control group with metronidazole for two weeks,bacteria in vaginal discharge was examined to determine the treatment effects.Results Prevalence rate of BV in the gynecological clinic women was 35.3%.Cure rate in the experimental group with ornidazole was 92.7%,cure rate of the control group with metronidazole was 80.4%,the two groups were difference between two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).Effective rate of experimental group was 99.3%,and effective rate of control group was 96.0%,of which showed no significant difference(P> 0.05).Conclusion BV patients were common in gynecological outpatients,Ornidazole was effective for the treatment of bacterial vaginosis.
