摘    要:目的研究应用七氟烷和丙泊酚麻醉对老年患者的影响。方法选择全麻下行择期非心脏手术且年龄≥60岁的老年患者30例,随机分为丙泊酚(P组)和七氟烷(I组)麻醉组和对照组,根据需要输血·麻醉诱导:两组患者静脉注射丙泊酚1.5~2.0ml/kg,芬太尼3-4μg/kg,维库溴铵0.1mg/kg行麻醉诱导。结果患者术后1h两组差异有显著性(P〈0.05),术后4hP组MMSE评分较术前有所下降,但差异无显著性(P〉0.05),术后4hP组差异无显著性(P〉0.05),术后4h差异有显著性(P〈0.05)。术后24h及48h两组MMSE评分与术前比较差异无显著性(P〉0.05)。结论接受丙泊酚或七氟烷麻醉的老年患者非心脏手术POCD降低。

Comparison of the influence sevoflurane and propofol in elder patients with postoperative cognitive dysfunction

Abstract:Objective This paper studies the application of sevoflurane and propofol anesthesia on eld- erly patients studied. Methods 30 cases 60 years of age were chosen in elderly patients with general anesthe- sia elective non-cardiac surgery were randomly divided into propofol (P group) and sevoflurane (I group) anes- thesia group and control group needed blood transfusions - anesthesia induction : two groups of patients with intravenous injection of propofol 1.5-2. 0 ml/kg,fentanyl 3 -4 μg/kg, vecuronium 0. 1 mg/kg-line induc- tion of anesthesia. Results The postoperative difference between the two groups 1 h postoperative was signifi- cant ( P 〈 0. 05 ), after 4 h P group compared with the preoperative MMSE score declined, but the difference was not significant (P 〉 O. 05 ), after 4 h P group difference was not significant ( P 〉 O. 05 ), after 4 h there was significant difference ( P 〈 0. 05 ). 24 h and 48 h after the two groups compared with the preoperative MMSE score was no significant difference (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion POCD in elderly patients with non-cardi- ac surgery to reduce by receiving propofol or sevoflurane anesthesia.
