陆良县农村已婚育龄妇女避孕情况及避孕知识调查

采用整群抽样的方法,对云南省陆良县2287名已婚育龄妇女的避孕情况及避孕知识进行了调查分析。结果表明,陆良县已婚妇女的避孕现用率为70.57%。在已采用避孕措施的1614名妇女中,采用的避孕方法主要是放环和女性绝育,采用最少的避孕方法是使用避孕套;避孕方法来源的61.1%是由医生或计划生育干部提供。该地妇女对自己所采用的避孕方法和避孕知识都较贫乏;35.8%的妇女除了自己所使用的避孕方法外,对其他的避孕方法都不知道;如果计划生育干部不告诉避孕方法的话,97.6%的妇女都不能自己选择避孕的方法。

Analysis for the Contraceptive Status and Knowledge of Married Reproduc- tive Age Women in Luliang County in Yunnan Province

A field survey was administered in Luliang county in Yunnan province. A total of 2287 interviews were married reproductive age women, which comprise the sample for analysis their contraceptive status and contraceptive knowledge. The results showed the contraceptive prevalence in the study area was 70. 57 percent. The main contraceptive methods they used were IUD and female sterilization. A-mong 1614 women used methods, 61. 1 percent women obtained their methods from doctor suggested. Most women's knowledge of contraceptive methods they used were very poor. Except the methods they used before, 35- 8 percent women didn't know other contraceptive method at all- 97. 6 percent women couldn't select the contraceptive method without doctor's suggestion.
