青蒿对致敏小鼠肠道变态反应的影响

目的：观察青蒿对致敏小鼠肠道变态反应的影响，探讨用于治疗儿童食物过敏的有效药物。方法：制备小鼠过敏模型；灌服不同浓度的青蒿水提物。观察青蒿对卵清蛋白致敏小鼠的小肠组织、细胞及线粒体的形态结构变化。结果：高、中浓度青蒿水提物组小鼠的耳廓浸液OD值明显低于对照组及低剂量组（P〈0．01），小肠上皮细胞脱落、坏死现象明显减少，肥大细胞聚集及脱颗粒现象明显缓解，固有层完整肥大细胞的百分率明显提高（P〈0．01），上皮细胞线粒体肿胀、空泡化及嵴结构断裂现象被有效地抑制。结论：青蒿可以有效抑制致敏小鼠小肠过敏反应，缓解小肠炎症反应，并具有较强的稳定小肠上皮细胞线粒体内、外膜的作用，可能是治疗小儿食物过敏的有效药物之一。

The effects of Qinghao on intestinal allergic reaction of sensitized mice

Objective To study the effects of the Qinghao water extracts on allergic reaction of the ovalbumin-induced sencitized mice and to discuss the efficient antianaphylactic drugs for treating the children food hypersensitivity.Method The hypersusceptibility mice model were established,and the different doses of the Qinghao water extracts were fed to observe the effects of the Qinghao water extracts for the ovalbumin-induced passive dermato-allergic reaction and histopathologic changes and ultrastructural changes of chondriosome of epithelium cell of small intestine by light and electron microscope.Results In the group which was used with high and middle dosages of the Qinghao water extracts,the OD value of the quricle's immersed liquid of the mice were lower than in the low dosage group and compared group(P〈0.01),and the Qinghao water extracts could mitigate the inflammation of small intestine,reduce the granule releasing and aggregation of the mast cells,increase the percentage of integraty of intestinal mast cells(P〈0.01),and inhibit the tumefaction,vacuolization and crista rupture of chondriosome of epithelium cell of small intestine.Conclusion The Qinghao water extracts have the inhibiting effects for the ovalbumin-induced passive dermato-allergic reaction in mice,treat the inflammation of small intestine and stabilize the innner and outer membrane of chondriosome of epithelium cell of small intestine in mice.Therefore,The Qinghao maybe one of the effective drugs for the children food hypersensitivity.
