| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察糖尿病对大鼠性激素水平影响及对性腺器官的损害。方法 :用放射免疫法测定血清性激素水平 ,测定性腺器官的重量并以性腺重量与体重的比值计算性腺系数。结果 :D组和ID组大鼠睾丸、附睾、前列腺、精囊重量均明显低于C组 ,D组大鼠前列腺及精囊系数低于C组 ,D组和ID组大鼠血清睾酮水平明显低于C组。结论 :糖尿病对成年大鼠性腺器官具有明显的损害作用 ,且使睾丸分泌睾酮的能力明显下降。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the influences of diabetes on the level of sexual hormone and the impairments on the sexual gland in adult rat.Method To detect the level of sexual hormone using radio-immune kit,weigh the sexual gland and calculate the coefficient of sexual gland.Results The weight of testis,epididymis,prostate and seminal resicle of the diabetic and insulin replacement group is significantly lower than that of the control group,the coefficient of prostate and seminal resicle of diabetic group is lower than that of the control group,the serum testosterone level of diabetic and insulin replacement group is significantly lower than that of the control group.Conclusion The sexual glands of the adult rat were impaired seriously by diabetes,also the ability of the testis to secrete testosterone was impaired. |
