| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨高频超声在隆乳术后并发症诊断中的应用价值。方法:对30例隆乳术后出现并发症的患者进行超声检查,分析隆乳术后出现并发症的临床表现及声像图特征。结果:高频超声诊断隆乳术后出血伴感染4只,假体渗漏及破裂18只,假体硬化12只,包膜挛缩硬化9只,置入体破裂4只,胸大肌损伤3只,并均经手术治疗证实。结论:高频超声能清晰显示隆乳术后各种并发症,对隆乳术后并发症的诊断是一种安全、有效、简便的方法。 |
