| 摘 要： | 连翘为木犀科植物Forsythia suspensa（Thunb．）Vahl的干燥果实，其味苦，性微寒，归肺、心、小肠经，能够清热解毒、消肿散结，常用于治疗痈疽、瘰疬、乳痈、丹毒、风热感冒、瘟病初起、温热入营、高热烦渴、神昏发斑、热淋尿闭等症。

| Abstract: | AIM： To study the constituents of Forsythia suspensa （Thunb.） Vahl and find out the bioactive compounds. METHODS： The chemical constituents were isolated by various column chromatographic methods and the structures of the compounds were elucidated by spectral analysis. RESULTS： Nine compounds were obtained from acetic ester extracts of Forsythia suspensa （Thunb.）Vahl and their structures were identified as phillygenin （ Ⅰ ）, epipinoresinol（ Ⅱ ）, phillyfin （Ⅲ）, （-） isolarlciresinol（Ⅳ）, betulinic acid （Ⅴ）, 2α-hydroxy betulinic acid （Ⅵ）, oleanolic acid（Ⅶ）, ursolic acid （Ⅷ） and 2α, 23-hydroxy ursolic acid（Ⅸ） from the EtoAc extract. CONCLUSION： Compounds Ⅵ and Ⅸ are isolated from this plant and this genus for the first time. |
