摘    要:连翘为木犀科植物Forsythia suspensa(Thunb.)Vahl的干燥果实,其味苦,性微寒,归肺、心、小肠经,能够清热解毒、消肿散结,常用于治疗痈疽、瘰疬、乳痈、丹毒、风热感冒、瘟病初起、温热入营、高热烦渴、神昏发斑、热淋尿闭等症。

Abstract:AIM: To study the constituents of Forsythia suspensa (Thunb.) Vahl and find out the bioactive compounds. METHODS: The chemical constituents were isolated by various column chromatographic methods and the structures of the compounds were elucidated by spectral analysis. RESULTS: Nine compounds were obtained from acetic ester extracts of Forsythia suspensa (Thunb.)Vahl and their structures were identified as phillygenin ( Ⅰ ), epipinoresinol( Ⅱ ), phillyfin (Ⅲ), (-) isolarlciresinol(Ⅳ), betulinic acid (Ⅴ), 2α-hydroxy betulinic acid (Ⅵ), oleanolic acid(Ⅶ), ursolic acid (Ⅷ) and 2α, 23-hydroxy ursolic acid(Ⅸ) from the EtoAc extract. CONCLUSION: Compounds Ⅵ and Ⅸ are isolated from this plant and this genus for the first time.
