北京市农村卫生室药品管理存在的问题与对策

摘要目前北京市农村卫生室的药品配备与国家政策要求存在一定的差距，药品购进已经显现出逐利化倾向，一定程度上影响了药品的质量安全；在药品存储方面存在管理知识匮乏和专业设备缺位的现实困境；在药品的使用方面仍然存在滥用抗生素等违规现象。为了解决上述问题，需要提高乡村医生的待遇水平和教培质量，增加政府的投入，强化行政机关的监督，并遴选出科学适宜的基本药物目录。

Problems and Countermeasures of Medicine Administration of Rural Health Room in Beijing

Rural health room in Beijing has many problems at present, for instance, there is a certain gap between medicine equipment and national policy requirement. It shows the profit tendency in the purchase of medicines, and to some extent influences the quality and safety of medicine ; it exists dilemma of absence of management knowledge and professional equipment in medicine store ; it still exists the abuse of antibiot- ics and other irregularities in medicine use. In order to overcome the above problems, this paper suggests improve the level of treatment and the quality of education and training of rural doctor, increase the goverument investment and strengthen the supervision of the administrative organ, and select the appropriate directory of essential medicine.
