| 摘 要： | 摘要高血压不仅是我国最常见的慢性病,还是心脑血管疾病的重要危险因素,已成为全球面临的重要的公共卫生课题。随着我国新的医药卫生体制改革不断深入,社会迫切期待更有效的高血压防控策略。本文总结了我国社区高血压管理面临的难度大、任务重、工作人员不足等难题,重点介绍了初级卫生保健策略、社区参与策略、群组策略在国内外社区高血压管理中的应用,为探索适合我国需要的人群系统改变策略提供建议。

| Abstract: | Hypertension, accounting for the leading chronic disease and an important risk factor for cardiovasculax diseases in China, be- comes a global public health problem at present. The society pressingly anticipates more effective prevention aad control hypertension approach when new national health reform system ~levelops in depth. Through reviewing problems and challenges, such as high difficulty, task heavy and insufficient staff in communities, we introduce some kinds of population - based prevention and control patterns in the world, including primary care model, populated - based intervention model and group visits model. In order to offer available strategies to response the inevitable challenge from hypertension in China. |
