摘    要:摘要病理实验教学是病理学课程教学不可或缺的重要组成部分,病理实验教学的效果好坏直接决定了学生对病理学课程理论教学的掌握程度,以及学生能否学好后续临床课程的关键。湖南省某医学院校在病理实验教学中存在的教学资源缺乏;教学方法单一;教学资源大量损耗;师生互动不足等问题,严重影响了病理实验的教学质量。为此,针对这些问题,湖南省某医学院校采用了多元化教学方法,构建虚拟资源库、数码显微互动实验室,并将虚拟切片运用到实践教学中,取得了良好的教学效果,对病理学课程实践教学的发展和探索具有重要意义。

Problems and Countermeasures in the Teaching of Pathology of a Medical College in Hunan

Abstract:Pathology practice teaching is an important part of pathology teaching. Practice of pathology teaching effect directly determines the quality of students of pathology course of master degree and can learn the clinical course of follow - up. There are serious limitations of teaching effect of pathology practice teaching in a medical college in Hunan, the lack of teaching resources, single teaching mode, a large number of loss of teaching resources, lack of interaction between teachers and students in the teaching process. Aiming at these problems, we adopted the eorre- sponding countermeasures: the development of diversified teaching mode, the application of virtual library, digital interactive laboratory virtual slice in experiment teaching. And they achieved good teaching effect, are great significance to the development of pathology teaching practice and exploration.
