| 摘 要： | 目的了解本院婴幼儿1个月至2岁之间腹泻患儿与轮状病毒（HRV）的感染情况。方法应用ELISA对采集768例患儿粪便标本进行检测。结果通过检测表明,768例小儿腹泻病患儿中检出HRV感染512例,平均阳性率达到了66．7％,并且好发于秋冬季节。结论HRV感染是导致婴幼儿腹泻的主要原因之一,从粪便中HRV抗原的检测,对临床诊断该病提供了很有价值的依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To find out the status of rotavirus infection in diarrhea infants and young children with age of 1 month to 2 years in our hospital.Methods The stool specimens were measured in 768 cases with diarrhea by ELISA.Results In 768 cases of infantile diarrhea,512 cases of rotavirus infection were detected,with the average positive rate of 66.7%,and occurred in the fall and winter seasons.Conclusion Rotavirus is one of the main reasons to cause infants diarrhea,the testing of rotavirus antigen in dejecta ... |
