^125I粒子治疗对肝癌细胞凋亡及细胞周期的影响

摘    要:
^125I粒子低剂量率连续照射肝癌细胞,能明显上调细胞Bax表达,降低Bcl-2表达,同时明显诱导细胞凋亡的发生,且细胞周期发生再分布,照射后细胞被阻滞在对辐射相对敏感的G2-M和S期。研究结果表明,^125I粒子连续照射能够通过诱导凋亡的途径,明显杀伤肿瘤细胞。

Abstract:
Continuous irradiation of low dose rate ^125I seed resulted in an increase in the apoptosis and an increased expression of Bax and a decreased expression of Bel-2. The cell-cycle arrest of hepatoma carcinoma cells was induced remarkably. The results demonstrated that low dose rate of continuous ^125I seed irradiation is effective on inducing the damage of the tumor cells.
