中医综合疗法治疗社区妇女围绝经期综合征的临床疗效观察

围绝经期综合征患者的日常生活经常受到该疾病的影响和困扰,而对围绝经期妇女的医疗、预防、保健知识的宣传相对薄弱,因此建立一套中医综合干预围绝经期综合征的防治方案具有很强的实用性和必要性。目的：观察中医综合疗法治疗社区妇女围绝经期综合征的临床疗效。设计、场所、对象和干预措施：选择上海市3个社区符合入选要求的围绝经期妇女,按照中医相关证候标准辨证分型,分为肾阴虚型、肾阳虚型、心肝火旺型和肝气郁结型4型,对其进行中药、耳穴、心理辅导和传统保健操四位一体的中医综合疗法干预。主要结局指标：改良Kupperman评分以4周为1个观察周期,共观察12周,评定4次;围绝经期生存质量量表（menopause-specific quality of life questionnaire,MENQOL）评分在治疗前与治疗后各评定1次,共评定2次。结果：4个证型的Kupperman评分的转阴率在4周、8周、12周时均无明显的统计学差异。治疗前和治疗第12周的改良Kupperman评分和MENQOL评分则具有显著的统计学差异,中医综合治疗的总有效率达到97.83%。结论：中药、耳穴、心理辅导和传统保健操四位一体的中医综合疗法可明显改善社区围绝经期综合征妇女的生理和心理状况,具有良好的临床疗效,可进行示范性应用,在有条件的社区推广。
