| 摘 要： | 目的观察神经节苷脂(GM-1)对急性液化石油气中毒患者的疗效。方法对50例急性液化石油气中毒患者随机分成两组,对照组予常规药物治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用GM-1治疗,治疗前及治疗1个月后进行临床疗效评定及记忆商数(DQ)测评,并随访3个月后再进行DQ测评。结果治疗1个月后观察组总有效率为84%,高于对照组的52%(P<0.05),在治疗1个月及随访3个月后,观察组的DQ值均高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论 GM-1可明显改善液化石油气中毒患者的预后,尤其是记忆功能的改善,而且远期治疗效果更优。 |
