| 摘 要： | 随着极低体重婴儿存活率的增加，营养支持显得越来越重要。本文介绍了近年有关的进展，简单提及孕母与胎儿葡萄糖、氨基酸及脂肪的关系，主要总结了极低体重儿肠道营养的重要性及方法，以及静脉营养的重要性和各成份在极低体重儿应用的特点。 |

| Abstract: | With the rise of survival rate of very low birth weight (VLBW) infants, the nutrition support has been shown to be more and more important. This paper reviewed recent advance of nutrition support for VLBW infants. The metabolism of glucose, fat and protein of fetus was introduced briefly.The importance and method of enteral nutrition in VLBW infants was summarized. The importance of parenteral nutrition and utilization characteristic of the major components of parenteral nutrition in VLBW infants were emphasized. |
