| 摘 要： | 通过对310例经尿道输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术患的护理，总结了术后常见的并发症；出血，感染，D-J管反应，输尿管穿孔，裂伤，并对各种并发症提出了相应的护理措施，收到了较好的效果。

| Abstract: | Through nursing the patients with complications of ballistic lithoclast under ureterorenoscopy, the author summarized such regular complications as hemorrhage, infection, D J catheter induced reaction, ureter aperture and laceration and brought out corresponding nursing measures which produced better nursing effects. |
