不同胃管留置方法在脑卒中患者中的应用效果

目的探讨不同胃管留置方法在脑卒中患者中的应用效果。方法便利抽样法选择2009年1月至2012年1月在广西医科大学第七附属医院治疗的需要留置胃管的脑卒中患者81例为研究对象，按随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组。对照组40例患者采用常规胃管留置法，观察组41例患者采用改良胃管留置法，比较两种置管方法的效果。结果观察组患者在置管过程中出现不良反应较少，与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。观察组患者置管成功率及患者满意率明显高于对照组，置管平均用时少于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05或P％0．01）。观察组患者留置胃管前后心率、血压、血氧饱和度的差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论改良胃管留置法能有效地减少置管过程中不适与不良反应发生率，减轻患者痛苦，提高置管成功率，是一种简便、安全、有效的胃管留置方法。

Effects of Different Method of Gastric Intubation in Stroke Patients

Objective To investigate the effects of different nasogastric intubation in stroke patients. Meth- ods From January 2009 to January 2012,81 stroke patients requiring gastric catheterization in the hospital were enrolled in the study and then randomly divided into experimental group（n= 41） using modified intu- bation and control group（n=40） using conventional gastric intubation. Comparisons were conducted on the intubation effects between the two groups. Results There were significantly fewer adverse reactions in the experimental group than those in the control group （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Compared with the control group,the success rate of catheterization and patient＇s satisfaction were significantly improved, while the average time of catheter was significantly reduced in the experimental group（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. There was no significant difference in changes of heart rates, blood pressure and the degree of blood oxygen satu- ration before and after gastric intubation in the expermental group （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The modified gastric tube insertion is a simple, safe and effective catheter method,which can effectively reduce the intu- bation process discomfort and adverse reactions,relieve the pain of patients and improve the success rate of catheterization.
