摘    要:
医院质量管理是医院管理永远的核心和主题。随着医疗需求的变化和医学模式的转变,医疗质量已成为医疗机构人员素质、工作效率、技术服务水平、管理水平等方面的综合体现,因此传统的医疗质量管理模式已经不能适应当前医疗形式发展的需要。该文通过总结分析近三年来某院创建"三甲"医院的实践经验,提出应用持续质量改进的理论和方法能够明显提高医院的医疗质量管理水平。

Abstract:
Hospital quality management is the constant theme and core of hospital management. With the changing medical demand and alteration of medical mode,medicare quality has become the comprehensive embodiment of medicare personnel quality,work effieience, service level and management level.Therefore traditional medical quality management mode cannot adapt to current medical development.This paper summarizes the experience of cuhivating"3-A"hospi~al in recent three years in our hospital,and proposes that it is essential to employ continuous quality improvement theory and method to significantly improve medical quality management level.
