| 摘 要： | 概括古人对经络实质的认识、现代研究对经络循行轨迹上的现象和经脉-脏腑相关的共识。通过分析经络实质研究的现状提出研究的思路和方法，认为应该从中医文化学的角度出发，总结过去的研究成果、建立客观评价标准、着眼于指导针灸临床，才能真正找到经络实质之所在。

| Abstract: | Summarize ancients' recognition on meridian essence and the common recognition on phenomena at running course of meridians and meridian-viscera correlativity in modern time studies, put forward train of thought and methods of the study through analyzing present situation of meridian essence studies, and it is considered that only from the angle of TCM culture, summarize past study achievements, establish objective assessment criteria, and aiming at guiding clinical acupuncture and moxibustion, meridian essence can really be found. |
