多重耐药甲型副伤寒沙门菌耐药基因的研究

目的提取贵阳地区1株甲型副伤寒沙门苗基因组，以确定其是否带有抗性基因。方法从30倒样本中筛选一例贵阳地区当前单簇耐药谱最广的菌株。选择一株含抗药性最多的甲型副伤寒沙门菌，提取其基因组，进行PCR扩增Ⅰ类整合子和相关耐药基因。结果通过对该菌Ⅰ类整合子和抗性基因的检测，发现Ⅰ类整合子并携带抗性基因sul2、tetA（G）、blaTEM1等，抗性基因应定位在染色体上。结论多药耐药的甲型副伤寒沙门菌为临床分离株，抗性基因定位在于染色体上，不在以往学者怀疑的3．6kb质粒上。结果显示，此株甲型副伤寒沙门菌的抗性基因应是以Ⅰ类整合子的形式存在染色体上。

The research of multidrug resistant gene in salmonella enterica paratyphi A

Objective To abstract the overall genome in the Salmonella enterica paratyphi A,and explore that whether there is resistant gene. Methods One isolate of Salmonella enterica paratyphi A having the most multidrug resistance at the present time. we extracted the genome,The integron Ⅰ and resistant gene were detected by PCR.Results The integron Ⅰ and resistant gene were detected, and integron Ⅰ contained sul2, tetAG）and bla- TEMI gene etc. The resistant gene located on chromosome. Conclusion The clinical isolate of multiple drug in Salmonella enterica paratyphi A, the gene of resistance existed in the chromosome,not in plasmid which the researchers had suggested in the past. It indicated that the resistant gene of a Salmonella enterica paratyphi A was existed in integron I from which located on chromosome.
