超声全景成像技术在临床诊断中的应用

目的：应用超声全景成像的技术支持，针对常规检查，解读全景超声成像技术在临床应用的特点。材料与方法：购机以来受检者的不同部位（腹部、妇产、浅表组织、小器官等）进行常规超声检查，对正常组织以及病灶体积较大的器官或瘤体进行探头的自由移动，获取图像信号，经过处理，从而得到一副较为连续完整的超声解剖结构图像。结果：全景成像技术的临床应用，对较大器官，病变整体，包括载体的显示与测量的研究具有明显的优势，即克服了以往常规检查的测量误差。结论：超声全景成像可扩展超声的观察视野，弥补常规实时超声视野局限性的不足，可较为完整的显示器官解剖层次，平面结构，为临床诊断提供丰富的信息。
