急性心肌梗死并发2型糖尿病患者冠状动脉病变及临床特点

目的了解急性心肌梗死(AMI)并发2型糖尿病患者的冠状动脉病变及临床特点。方法对行冠状动脉造影病例进行临床表现和造影结果对照分析。结果AMI并发2型糖尿病患者有高血压,血脂异常等多种心血管危险因素,女性患者及心衰者多于非DM对照组(P<0.05),多支病变、弥漫病变、小血管病变、左主干病变及重度狭窄病变多于非DM对照组(P<0.05)。结论AMI并发2型糖尿病患者女性偏多,多并发高血压、血脂异常和心衰,冠状动脉病变严重。

FEATURES OF CORONARY ANGIOGRAPHY IN PATIENTS WITH ACUTE MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION COMPLICATED TAPY 2 DIABETES MELLITUS

Objective To study the clinical and angiographic characteristics of patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) complicated type 2 diabetes mellitus(DM). Methods The study was carried out by case control analysis of clinical manifestations and the data were presented as imagine of cine selective coronary angiography(CAG). Results AMI patients complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus tended to have multiple cardiovascular risk factors as follows: hypertension, dyslipidemia .There were more women in DM group and they were more easily complicate with heart failure. CAG of patients in DM group showed many features, such as: coronary disease of multi-vascular diverse coronary changes , diffuse vascular lesion , serious and left main coronary changes, which appeared much more frequently than those in non-DM group(P<0.05). Conclusion There are more women in the DM group and they are more susceptible to multiple cardiovascular risk factors . The lesions in coronary arteries tend to be more severe and diffuse in patient with DM.
