相对辐辏不足性视疲劳治疗的临床研究

目的：探讨用同视机训练治疗相对辐辏不足性视疲劳的效果,方法：用同视机对相对辐辏不足性视疲劳的病人进行扩大融合辐辏范围的训练,并且用统计学的方法分析治疗前后融合辐辏范围和视疲劳症状的变化。结果：治疗后病人的整合辐辏范围明显扩大,治疗前后比较差异有非常显著的统计学意义（P＝0．00）;治疗后病人的视疲劳症状也基本消失,治疗前后比较差异有非常显著的统计学意义（P＝0．00）。结论：该疗法效果好,值得推广应用。另外,我们应该对可疑病人做融合辐辏范围的检查,及时发现,及时治疗。

Study on the Therapy of the Asthenopia Caused by Relative Convergence Insufficiency

Objective:To explore the effect of the therapy of the asthenopia caused by relative convergence insufficiency.Methods:With the major amblyoscope we managed to widen the scope of the fusional convergence of the patients suffered from the disease and to analyze the changes of the scope and the symptoms of the patients statistically which took place during the period of the therapy.Results:The scope of the fusional convergence of the patients was widened dramatically and the symptoms of patients' asthenopia withered away obviously after the therapy.there were unusual significant differences statistically when compared the scope and the symptoms befor the therapy with those after the therapy.Conclusion:The therapy is very effective and we should test the scope of fusional convergence when needed to find the patients promptly and to give the therapy to them in time.
