| 摘 要： | 为进一步加强疑似预防接种不良事件(AEFI)监测工作,提高异常反应病例诊断质量,以疑似预防接种异常反应、监测、疫苗、不良反应、病例诊断、评价作为关键词,通过ScienceDirect、Pubmed、CNKI、万方数据库,检索出1999-2011年发表的文献46篇,根据文献相关性共引用29篇,通过综述较系统地介绍了国内外AEFI监测进展,以及其在保障疫苗安全接种方面发挥的作用.

| Abstract: | To further strengthen the surveillance system of suspected adverse events following Immunization （AEFI） and improve the quality of case diagnosis for the evaluation of rare adverse reactions, about 46 literatures published from 1999 to 2011 were retrieved from ScienceDirect, Pubmed, CNKI and Wanfang database by keyword searching, of which 29 were cited as references in this article. On the basis of literature review, this article introduced the development of AEFI surveillance system both at home and abroad and its role in safeguarding the safety of vaccination. |
