| 摘 要： | 本文对150例临床怀疑颈或脑血管疾病,或拟了解脑肿瘤供血的患者MRA进行分析。其中脑动脉瘤10例,脑动静脉畸形15例,脑动脉硬化50例,脑肿瘤25例,椎动脉型颈椎病或椎动脉供血不足40例。认为MRA可100%的一次性获得血管1～2级分支的三维影像,对动脉瘤、动静脉畸形、动脉硬化、脑肿瘤供血诊断有着明显优势。对椎动脉的显示亦有其独到之处。不仅能清楚展示血管病变大小、形态、部位。而且结合MRI还可显示由血管病变所引起的脑组织病理改变并判断愈后,有着很高的临床应用价值。 |

| Abstract: | The paper reviewed the MRA imagings of 150 cases suspected cerebrovascular diseases or suffered from brain tumor among them, imcluded 10 cases cerebral aneurysm. 15 cases cerebral arteriovenous malformation. 50 cases cerebral arteriosclerosis! 25 cases cerebral tumors; 40 cases cervical spondylopathy or vertebroarterial artery stenosis. MRA can get the images of three -dimensional vessel branches 100 percent, it is superior to demonstrate aneurysm. AVM. arteriosclerosis and the suppling branch of brain tumor, it is also fine to show vertebroarterial artery. MRA not only can show the size, shape and position of abnormal blood vessel, but also show the pathological changes of the brain tissues. MRA is of significant value in clinical application. |
