UF-100清洁剂的研制与初步应用

摘    要:目的 研制一种质优价廉新型清洁剂来取代价格昂贵的原装配套清洁剂(CELL-CLEAN),以降低试剂成本.方法 将尿素、SDS、吐温80及脱色剂等按一定比例配制成9种不同浓度的试剂,运用正交试验优化设计出最佳配方.用原装配套清洁剂清洗仪器后对随机抽取的临床患者100份尿液样本进行检测,再用新型清洁剂反复清洁UF-100尿沉渣分析仪,再对这100份尿液样本再次进行检测,数据经统计软件处理,比较实验结果有无显著性差异,来说明新型清洁剂的可用性.结果 自研清洁剂与UF-100尿液沉渣分析仪的原装配套清洁剂相比较,检测结果五种有形成分与原装配套清洁剂均无显著性差异(P>0.05).结论 临床应用表明:自研新型清洁剂廉价、清洗效果佳,可以取代UF-100原装配套清洁剂,具有广泛推广应用价值.

Abstract:Objective To study a new type of cheap cleaning reagent so as to replace the expensive reagent(CELL-CLEAN)and reduce the cost.Mechods 9 kinds of different concentration reagent were prepared with carbonylamines,SDS,Tween 80 etc.We selected the optimal concentration with orthogonal optimum design.We then washed UF-100 with the reagent and CELL-CLEAN respectively,detected randomly 100 urine samples before we analyzed whether they had remarkable difference by SPSS,and demonstrated the availability of the new reagent.Results There were no remarkable difference between the new reagent and the CELL-CLEAN(P>0.05).Conclusion This kind of effective and cheap cleaning reagent can replace the CELL-CLEAN.We hope that the reagent can get broader application in medical assay.
